Pumpkin Mousse



A thick and creamy taste of autumn. It's easy to make, fun to eat and great for any social gathering.

Ingredients

2 ½ tbsp agar flakes
½ cup raw cashews
¼ tsp salt (Real Salt)
1 ¼ cup boiling water
1 can pumpkin (Farmers Market)
¼ cup agave (Madhava)
1 tbsp cinnamon (Simply Organic)
¼ tsp cardamom
Handful chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Mini Chips)

Directions

Pulse agar, cashews and salt in blender/food processor. Add rest of ingredients to blender until smooth. Top with dairy free chocolate chips!
