Paleo Protein Pancakes



An amazing 7g of protein per pancake! It's the perfect way to recover from a long run or hard workout. Not only that but it's also packed with healthy fats from coconut milk, contains no sugar, contains prebiotics from banana flour and is super low carb.

Ingredients

½ cup banana flour (Wedo)
1½ - 2 scoops (Vanilla Original Formula)
½ cup coconut milk (So Delicious)
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp baking powder (Rumford)
1 Tbsp vanilla (Simply Organic)
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Braggs)
syrup (Cadia)
Add water to desired consistency

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Let batter settle for a couple of minutes. Pour batter onto a medium-hot skillet and fry in a bit of melted butter or coconut oil until golden brown and fluffy. Flip and cook the second side until golden brown. Serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
