3 Ingredient Pancakes - Elvis Style



Breakfast recipes are meant to be easy. Keep the ingredient list short and the directions simple because you brain just isn't wired to handle something complicated first thing in the morning. This recipe is as easy to create as a bowl of cereal but delicious enough to invoke praise from the family!

Ingredients

Pancakes
1 cup bananas (2 medium sized, mashed)
3 eggs
1⁄2 cup dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)

Toppings
1 banana (sliced)
peanut butter (Once Again Organic)
maple syrup - Optional (Tree of Life)

Directions

Add 1 cup mashed bananas to mixing bowl. Mix in 3 eggs and chocolate chips until smooth. Pour 1⁄4 cup batter onto griddle and cook to desired brownness. Top with your choice of toppings: peanut butter, sliced bananas and/or maple syrup.
